You do. All content, images and code belong to you, after full payment has been received. The exception is when using 3rd party software, which is licensed to yourself. You will retain the licence for that software to be used on your chosen domain name.

Yes, of course! Generally we advise to use Flash only for adding multimedia elements to a site (Video, image rollovers etc.). or for complex graphically rich applications such as interactive maps.
